Biography:
A Florida native, born and raised in Jacksonville, Holly Sheppard has remained in Florida throughout her education and her legal career, and is presently a partner of Sheppard & Sheppard, LLC, Attorneys at Law in St. Augustine, Florida.
Ms. Sheppard graduated cum laude from Florida State University with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. She subsequently obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, where she also graduated cum laude. She has been a practicing attorney for over 10 years with a focus in real estate law, primarily in the areas of residential and commercial real estate closings and title insurance. Ms. Sheppard also spent two semesters as an adjunct professor teaching Advanced Business Law at Flagler College in St. Augustine and has given countless lectures on various real estate topics. She is also a member of The Florida Bar Association, the St. Johns County Bar Association, The Florida Real Estate, Probate and Trust section of The Florida Bar and is a member agent for Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc.
Holly and her husband Sean reside in St. Augustine Beach with their three sons, two dogs and two cats. While pursuing her career as an attorney and caring for her family, Holly also devotes her time to a variety of community service organizations, including the Junior Service League of St. Augustine, Inc. Her husband Sean is also an attorney and partner of Sheppard & Sheppard, LLC, Attorneys at Law.
