Biography:

Originally from Central Florida , Seth B. Dempsey recently relocated to North Florida to join Sheppard & Sheppard, P.A., Attorneys at Law in St. Augustine , Florida as an associate of the firm. Mr. Dempsey practices in the areas of construction law and real estate law, as well as general civil and commercial litigation.

Mr. Dempsey graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Business Administration, and subsequently earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law. While at the University of Miami , Mr. Dempsey was a member of the Moot Court Board and won the C. Clyde Atkins Advanced Moot Court Competition. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005 and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court of the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Dempsey is a member of the American Bar Association as well as the Hillsborough County Bar Association.

Prior to joining Sheppard & Sheppard, P.A., Mr. Dempsey worked as an Associate Attorney in Tampa , Florida where he practiced in the areas of construction law, commercial litigation and real estate.
